My work in the corporate environment stemmed from an interest in understanding human relationships within organizations and how work impacts psychological well-being. I have worked in executive recruitment and selection, human resources management, and organizational restructuring, with extensive experience in crisis management and in contexts of change and instability.

Throughout this journey, I have used psychological assessment tests and instruments to understand profiles, leadership styles, and competencies, fostering more informed and aligned decisions for both companies and candidates. This experience has provided a unique perspective on the significant challenges of entrepreneurship and professional life, as well as the suffering, conflicts, and difficulties that can arise.
