Refund Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled at no cost up to 24 hours in advance, through the contact channels.

No-shows and late cancellations

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or not showing up without notice, may be charged in full, except in cases of force majeure, assessed case by case.

Refund of amounts paid

When payment was made in advance and the cancellation happens within the deadline, the amount is refunded in full or kept as credit for another session, at the patient's choice.

Reimbursement by your health plan

Sessions are private. An invoice (Nota Fiscal) is issued so you can request reimbursement from your plan, according to the rules of your contract.
