This policy explains how Psicóloga Clínica Anna Ashby (CRP 06/159939) handles the personal data of people who visit this website or book a session, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD) and the Psychologist's Code of Professional Ethics.
What data is collected
- Booking: name, e-mail, phone number, and the date and time you choose, provided in the booking form. This data is recorded in my calendar (Google Calendar) and in a restricted-access database of the site itself, used only to organize the sessions.
- Payment: made on the Mercado Pago page. Your card or account details are entered directly there and do not pass through this site, which only records the amount, the payment method and the payment status.
- Contact: the information you send by e-mail or WhatsApp.
- Browsing: basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited), collected in aggregate by the hosting provider.
What the data is used for
Only to schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel sessions, issue invoices (Nota Fiscal) and keep the contact needed for the sessions. The data is not sold or used for advertising.
Professional secrecy
Everything shared in the sessions is protected by the professional secrecy set out in the Psychologist's Code of Ethics. Records are kept securely, for the period required by the rules of the Federal Council of Psychology.
Sharing
Data may be processed by services used to run the sessions, such as WhatsApp, the e-mail provider, Google (Calendar and Meet, for the video call), Mercado Pago (which receives your name and e-mail to process the payment) and the website hosting provider, always to the extent needed for the session.
Your rights
You may request, at any time, access to, correction, portability or deletion of your data, except for records that the law requires us to keep. Just write to annacmashby@gmail.com.
