Working in a Day Hospital means offering intensive care to people going through deep psychic crises, such as severe neurosis and psychosis. The aim is to provide a safe, structured and welcoming therapeutic environment, where suffering can be recognized and gradually transformed.
Besides individual and group clinical follow-up, the Day Hospital offers a variety of workshops that promote patients' autonomy, socialization and quality of life, such as cooking, conversation circles, outings, handicrafts and other everyday practices that encourage expression, coexistence and self-care.
The process seeks to restore the continuity of emotional experience, foster the rebuilding of bonds and make room for a renewed sense of living. Care is built together with the patient, respecting their pace, their uniqueness and their history.
